Mathematics learning in DPS (EOK) focusses on developing a love of numbers without any undone fear or stress. A playway, informal atmosphere is created in the classrooms, with plenty of individual attention. Children are free to question, explore, discover and learn maths in an enjoyable manner. Concepts are clarified and the learning of maths is linked to real life experiences to make maths more interesting and exciting. Hands on experience and skill-based training is the methodology used.
