In the junior classes we develop the interest of the child through story telling and visual impact. Language development is an integral part of the subject and periods are allocated in every class. Each child is encouraged to come forward and speak and thus gain confidence. Class debates, jam sessions, inter house debates, audio-visual aids, etc. are given prime importance. CD's, flash cards, charts, over head projector, video, T.V are all effectively used.The text book followed is "English Now" accompanied by monthly assignments.
We try to test application of knowledge gained through innovative technologies like glido grams, errors word puzzle, identification and matching kangaroo words, diagrams etc. |
